- 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup rice, almond, non fat plain milk or soy milk (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Ice (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
Thin Mint Treat
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 3 to 4 drops peppermint extract (go light on the peppermint, it can be over powering).
- Ice to taste

Fall Eggnog
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup low fat eggnog
- 1/2 cup cold water

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp crushed candy canes
